A human being can live without food for up to 1 or 2 months it varies from person to person. You can fast for the whole day with a one-time meal that helps you to burn your body's fat and research shows some health benefits also. Along with working out with the gym machine, intermittent fasting can also contribute to your healthy life.
Around 40 or 50 years ago, healthy body maintenance was so easier at that period. At that time physical activities were more in comparison to today's timing, you can always visit fitness store for making yourself relatively more active by working out. A person took a healthy diet and did physical activities which lead to good physical health but nowadays, everything is digital we have own everything at one place so there is a less physical activity and when there's no activity that burns calorie so it causes obesity and another disease.
Intermittent Fasting is a schedule of fasting and eating period. It depends on a person either he wants to fast for 10 hours and eat for 12 hours or fast for 16 hours and eat for the next 8 hours. The second one 16/8 is the most famous intermittent technique.
You are allowed to drink only black coffee, tea without sugar during your fasting period, and eat only rich fibre food, fruits, vegetables, or a rich protein diet like meat fish, and nuts during the eating period.

• Maybe you can have a habit of overeating.
• It decreases your energy level and causes fatigue also
